Returns
We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@Opulenttails with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
